Terms of Service

ApoEsena lets couples create and publish a personal wedding website, including invitations, RSVPs, guest list management, seating plans, photo sharing and related features (the “Service”).

The Service is sold as a one-time purchase per wedding. There is no recurring subscription, no automatic renewal, and no hidden ongoing fees. Optional add-ons are also one-time purchases.

You agree not to use the Service to upload or distribute unlawful, infringing, hateful or harmful content; to harvest guest data for unrelated purposes; to send spam; or to attempt to breach, probe or overload the Service.

[List specific prohibited uses, your right to suspend or remove content and accounts, and the notice you will give. Address content uploaded by guests (e.g. photos) and how couples are responsible for moderating their own site.]

You (and your guests) keep ownership of everything you upload — names, texts, photos and videos. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host, display and back up that content in order to run the Service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that give EU consumers the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
