1. The service

ApoEsena lets couples create and publish a personal wedding website, including invitations, RSVPs, guest list management, seating plans, photo sharing and related features (the “Service”).

[Describe exactly what is included with each plan and add-on, how long a published site stays online after the wedding date, and any usage or storage limits.]

2. One-time payment — no subscription

The Service is sold as a one-time purchase per wedding. There is no recurring subscription, no automatic renewal, and no hidden ongoing fees. Optional add-ons are also one-time purchases.

[State the currency, that prices include/exclude VAT, who the merchant of record is, and that payments are processed by Stripe. Clarify what happens to the site when the included hosting period ends.]

3. Refunds

[Set out your refund policy: e.g. whether a refund is available before the site is published or before guests have RSVP'd, the time window, and how to request one. Address the EU consumer right of withdrawal for digital services and when it is waived (immediate performance with express consent).]

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to upload or distribute unlawful, infringing, hateful or harmful content; to harvest guest data for unrelated purposes; to send spam; or to attempt to breach, probe or overload the Service.

[List specific prohibited uses, your right to suspend or remove content and accounts, and the notice you will give. Address content uploaded by guests (e.g. photos) and how couples are responsible for moderating their own site.]

5. Your content & ownership

You (and your guests) keep ownership of everything you upload — names, texts, photos and videos. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host, display and back up that content in order to run the Service.

[Describe export options, what happens to content after the hosting period or account deletion, and confirmation that couples must have the right to share the guest data and photos they upload.]

6. Liability

[Limit liability to the amount paid for the Service to the extent permitted by law; exclude indirect and consequential damages; state that the Service is provided “as is” with reasonable efforts at availability but no uptime guarantee; carve out liability that cannot be excluded under Cyprus/EU consumer law (e.g. intent, gross negligence).]

7. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that give EU consumers the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence.

[Add the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform reference if required, and any informal complaints process you offer first.]
